This collection is comprised of meeting agenda, minutes and related papers and reports presented in the meetings of the Staff Panel of the Scout Association of Hong Kong from 2005 to 2014.

This collection contains, circulars, memos, correspondences, meeting agendas and minutes, records, documents and publications (incl. Award Journal, Award News issued in the UK), annual reports, etc. of the Duke of Edinburg's Award Scheme in Hong Kong, as implemented by the Scout Association of Hong Kong. It also contains a license as an Operating Authority issued to the Scout Association of Hong Kong dated April 16, 1977.

This collection includes issues of "Asia-Pacific Scouting" from 1976 to 1984, with some duplicates; and issues of circulars of the Asia Pacific Region from 1973 to 1985, incomplete series, with only a couple issues for 1973, none for 1974 and 1975, separate folders for 1976-78, 1979-80, 1981-82, nothing for 1983 and 1984, and a folder for 1985.
