Mr. Joseph SHEK Yiu-joe (石耀祖) had served as Scout Leader and Lay Advisor of the (Boy) Scout(s) Association of Hong Kong from 1958 through to 1979. His last served as the Assistant Chief Commissioner and then the Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Association.
