This is an old photo album consisting of 44 medium-size leaves with paste-on photos of Hong Kong Scout Groups etc from 1928 to 1932, with front and back covers.

This photo album was donated to the Scout Association of Hong Kong by the descendants of Rev. Waldegrave, and had been held at the P. R. Branch of the Association for quite a number of years. In March, the CC, the ACC (PR) and the Association Archivist agreed to transfer all the pre-WWII photo albums to the Hong Kong Scout Archives for repair, accessioning, cataloguing and secured storage. On May 23rd, 2017, this particular album was transferred physically to the Hong Kong Scout Archives.
