Content Description
Until the 1970s, Tai Tam Sea Activities Centre on the Hong Kong Island was the only sea activities facilities available to Scouts in Hong Kong. Starting from the early 1980s, Pak Sha Wan Sea Activities Centre located in Sai Kung in the New Territories was gradually developed, making this type of activities more accessible to the many Scouts in the Kowloon Peninsular and the New Territories. This accession is consisted of plans and studies, etc. on the (re)development of the Pak Sha Wan Sea Activities Centre located in Sai Kung, the New Territories, from 1981 to 1987; as well as meeting minutes and proposals, from 2002 to 2003.
