Content Description

This collection is comprised of a number of documents and photo albums donated to the Scout Archives on behlaf of LOO Mang-hoon by his family. They consist of: 1. Original Certificate of Participation of the Golden Jubilee Jamborette, 1961, 2. 11 original Scout certificates of training, appointment and award from the 1930’s through to the 1960’s, 3. A retirement commemorative album in the 60’s, 4. 4 photo albums and several photos of Scouting activities, and 5. A newspaper cutting concerning Mr. LOO Mang-hoon and the Scout movement, 21 August 1963. 6. Misc. other documents of the Boy Scouts Association and/or related to Mr. LOO.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

This collection of documents and photo albums was donated to the Scout Archives in 2010 by the family of LOO Mang-hoon. It was initially processed in the same year, and re-processed in January, 2016.
