Content Description
Two official Certificates related to Hong Kong's first "Handicapped" Scout Group set up at the Leprosarium on Hay Ling Island (see Paul Kua, Scouting in Hong Kong (2011), pp. 269-270, 275): 1. Scoutmaster's Warrant for Mr. IP Kam-fat as the Scoutmaster of 1st Hay Ling Chau Group, dated January 12, 1956 2. Certificate of Service awarded to Mr. IP Kam-fat for excellent services in the establishment of the 1st Hay Ling Chau Scout Group, dated February 23, 1957. Photographs:

These two documents were donated by IP Kam-fat to the Hong Kong Scout Archives in 2009, accessed and scanned in the same year, and re-processed as a resouce in 2016.
