Materials Specific Details

Most meeting documents, papers, and minutes are in Chinese, though some submissions are bilingual and some are in English only.

Condition Description

Meeting documents are organized into one or more folders for each year. Documents are generally in very good to excellent conditions. But there are some missing files, and within the annual folders some re-sorting and re-arrangement would need to be done at a later point in time.
