This collection contains list of Task Force members, minutes, agenda, papers, background documents, and successive drafts containing proposed changes to the Scout Association of Hong Kong's Policy, Organisation and Rules issued by the P.O.R. Review Task Force from 2005 to 2009. It also contains one copy each of the then existing P.O.R in English and in Chinese of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, and also a copy of the then existing P.O.R. of the Scout Association of the United Kingdom.

These documents were transferred from the Administration Branch to the Scout Archives.

Materials Specific Details

Most meeting documents, reports and drafts of the POR are in English, which was the original language of all initial delibration for revisions and updates, although some papers submitted are in Chinese, and also some later drafts of the Chinese translations.

Condition Description

Most documents and drafts are in very good to excellent conditions, some containing hand-written notes and comments by Task Force members, divided into several folders. Howver, there is a need to be re-sorted and re-organized some of the documents in these folders chronologically.
