This collection contains meeting agenda, minutes, background papers and other related documents of the Executive Committee of the Scout Council of the Scout Association of Hong Kong covering the year 1972 to 1975. This collection is a separate one from AHQ 1.2, of generally poorer physical conditions, and compliments and may duplicate documents in AHQ 1.2.

This collection was transferred from backup storage of the headquarters, and the documents therein were in very poor to poor conditions, requiring further processing and restoration before they should be released for use. They are nonetheless kept as a separate resource to supplement Resource HQ 1.2, in case the latter have gaps and missing documents.
