This collection contains multiple copies of the meeting minutes and papers of Chief Commissioner's special and consultation meetings held between November 1965 and November 1966, incl. the 9th thru to the 13th Commissioners' consultation meetings from Jan - November of 1966, a paper marked "Tusen Wan District, Five Year Plan," as well as multiple copies of Job Descriptions for Scout Commissioners dated July 1967., and undated Organization Charts of the Regional Office, probably from the same period. These were all multiple copies of the same documents organized originally into separate folders all marked "confidential".
