This box contains letters of compliment/congratulation from 1984 to 1989; and letters of appointments from 1976 to 1989 (with one letter dated 1969), of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, typically organized in annual or multi-year folders. The folders contain both copies of out-going correspondences as well as in-coming ones confirming acceptance of appointments or expressing appreciation for the compliments and congratulations.

The first Colony Jamborette was held in Kam Tsin Village in Sheung Shui, the New Territories from 19th October, 1957 to 22nd October, 1957, with the theme of Äll are brothers insdie the four seas", and 1,300 Boy Scout participated. This is a collection of official records, correspondences, invitation letters, invoices, and other documents related to this Colony Jamborette.
