This collection contains folders for correspondences, papers, circulars, memos, publications and other documents related to the 9th A-P Scout Conference held in Singapore on June 4-10, 1974; the 10th A-P Scout Conference held in Tehran from Sept 29 to Oct 5, 1976, and the IV A-P Seminar on Community Development also held in Hong Kong on March 2, 1976.

This collection contains World Scout Bureau Scout Trust documents from 1967-81, with duplicates; and 15th - 17th A-P Scout Conference documents from 1986-92; and A-P Scout Foundation files from 1991-92. There are also a small number of miscellaneous A-P Scout publications.
