This collection is comprised of 2 types of folders: 1) Correspondences, letters and promotional materials of the Public Relations Branch, 1982-1989; 2 )Circulars of the Public Relations Branch, 1979-1986

This collection incl. 1) International Circulars issued by the International Branch of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, 1980-86; 2) Meeting documents of the International Committee, 1977-1986; 3) General correspondences of the International Branch, 1981 and 1982.

These folders contains special circulars for the period, organized into yearly folders, covering general events not covered by other regular circulars. The circulars are organized into annual folders, each with a manual checklist containing summary data on the circulars issued during the year.
