This collection contains correspondences, papers, meeting documents, and draft and final reports related to the Strategic Review Exercise initiated by the Scout Association and eventually conducted by an outside local University on behalf of the Association during 2005 to 2008, as well as some backgroun papers dating from 1980s to 2000s used during this exercise.
