This box contains folders of calendar of events of the Association from 1974 to 1986 and from 1988 to 1989; and some though not all of the folders incl. correspondences, invitations, event details, financial documents, aand promotional materials, etc. There are also some duplicates among these folders.

Contains. records, documents and correspondences relating to Scout services requested by different organizations/companies. Typical service projects include flag days for charities and religious organizations, open day and ceremonies for Government House and non-profit organizations, service in support of community out-reach activities, fund-raising campaigns for charities, etc.
