This collection contains folders for correspondences, papers, circulars, memos, publications and other documents related to the 9th A-P Scout Conference held in Singapore on June 4-10, 1974; the 10th A-P Scout Conference held in Tehran from Sept 29 to Oct 5, 1976, and the IV A-P Seminar on Community Development also held in Hong Kong on March 2, 1976.

These folders contain correspondences, minutes, meeting documents, circulars, memos, papers, etc. from and to the Boy Scouts World Bureau, Far East Region (named changed to Asia Pacific Region in 1971) and the related Asia Foundation from 1964 to 1971. They also cover regional Scout events during this period, including regional Scout Jamborees, Conferences and Seminars.

Content Description This is a large group photo taken at the inauguration ceremony of the redevelopment of the Mianyang Youth Activities Centre in Mianyang, Sichuan, which was a Sichaun Reconstruction project, funded by the Hong Kong SAR Governemnt and initated by the Scout Assoication of Hong Kong.
