This is a large group photo taken at the inauguration ceremony of the redevelopment of the Mianyang Youth Activities Centre in Mianyang, Sichuan, which was a Sichaun Reconstruction project, funded by the Hong Kong SAR Governemnt and initated by the Scout Assoication of Hong Kong. The group photo, taken in front of the Mianyan Youth Activities Centre on July 25, 2012, includes representatives from the Mianyang Youth Centre and the Scout Association of Hong Kong, led by the then Chief Commissioner of Hong Kong, Mr. Cheung Chi-sun.
