This is an old photo album consisiting of 42 medium-size leaves with paste-on photos of Hong Kong Scout Groups etc from 1920 to 1932, with front cover only. All leaves have multiple photos, some with captions, covering the activities and personnel of Hong Kong Scouting during during the pre-WWII period of Rev, Waldegrave, who was the CC from 1921 to 1934. There are many photos of the 1st HK Sea Scouts, which was a troop directly under Waldegrave.

All leaves have multiple photos, some with captions, covering the activities and personnel of Hong kong Scouting during the pre-WWII period of Rev. Waldegrave, who served as the Chief Commissioner from 1921 to 1934. There are many photos from the 1st Hong Kong Sea Scouts. a troop under Waldegrave.
