Biography
CHEUNG Chi-sun served as Chief Commissioner of Scout Association of Hong Kong from November 3, 2011 to November 2, 2015. He held his first leader's appointment in 1970, and has since then served in many uniformed and lay appointments at the District, Regional and Heaquarters levels. He became a District Commissioner in 1998, Assistant Chief Commissioner in 2004, and Deputy Chief Commissioner in 2010.
