This is a commemorative Photo Album presented by the Boy Scouts Association, Hong Kong Branch to Mr. C. H. Blason, Hon. Treasurer, Asst. Commissioner, on his retirement, dated April 6, 1929.

This photo album was donated to the Scout Association of Hong Kong by the descendants of Mr. Blason, and had been held at the P. R. Branch of the Association for quite a number of years. In March, the CC, the ACC (PR) and the Association Archivist agreed to transfer all the pre-WWII photo albums to the Hong Kong Scout Archives for secured storage. On March 27, 2017, this particular album was transferred physically to the Hong Kong Scout Archives.
