This resource is based on resorting and rearranging a large collection of records, minutes, documents, circulars, reports, statements, correspondences, invitations, backgroun papers, etc. related to the Friends of Scouting (FOS) organization, in many disorganized folders from various sources and individuals, often also not in chronological orders, or not in folders but loose papers, and sometimes in very dusty/damaged/rusty folders. It covers largely the time period 1973-1976.

Condition Description

This large collection of papers related to the FOS organization for a long period came from various sources and require a large amount of re-sorting and re-arranging before they could be turn into useful resources. Initial re-sorting and re-arranging have been done over a long period since its transfer from the backup storage in 2008. The accession has only been turned into a number of resources in 2016, although more work still needs to be done in detailed re-sorting and re-arranging, as well as considerable amount of restoration of some individual records.
