These files contain documents and records related to the Leaders' Polls and Group Polls conducted by the Scout Association of Hong Kong among its leaders and Groups from 1973 to 1980. There is also a large folder containing the completed original questionnairs of the Leaders' Poll in 1974.

Award Journal, Award News issued in the UK), annual reports, etc. of the Duke of Edinburg's Award Scheme in Hong Kong, as implemented by the Scout Association of Hong Kong. It also contains a license as an Operating Authority issued to the Scout Association of Hong Kong dated April 16, 1977.
