Note these files contain personnel information of former paid staff of the Association and access would be highly restrictive.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

These files were originally in the files of Yeung Yiu Tin, the former Administration Commissioner of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, which were transferred to the backup storage of the Association upon his departure from this position. They were transferred to the Scout Archives upon its formation.

Most records and documents are in English, though some are bilingual and/or in Chinese only

Condition Description

The records are in good to very good and clean conditions, though a number of the documents have suffered from torns, folds, tears, etc. due to improper and careless storage in the past.
