This collection contains registration forms, personnel records, memos, correspondences and other misc. documents related to the paid staff of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, dating from around 1967 to 1976. Note these files contain personnel information of former paid staff of the Association and access would be highly restrictive.

This collection contains meeting documents including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and related submissions and attachments of the periodic Scout Executive (Panel) Meetings from 196778 to 1986, with some missing documents and also some duplicates, partly organized by annual folders.

This collection is comprised of meeting agenda, minutes and related papers and reports presented in the meetings of the Staff Panel of the Scout Association of Hong Kong from 2005 to 2014.
