This collection is composed of records created by the Administration Branch (and its predecessor functional department) of the (Boy) Scout Association of Hong Kong related to the appointments of its Adult Members (uniformed or non-uniformed) from the 1940s through to the 2000s.

This collection contains the documents related to awards given to adult members by the Scout Association of Hong Kong from 1975 to 19897. These include award nomination documents, applications, awardee's resume and personal details, correspondences, memos and circulars, annual award/honor lists, invitations, congratulation notes, etc.
