This was written and illustrated largely by Mr. Peter CHAN Pak Chuen, then the ACM of 21st Kowloon. Abstract

This collection is composed of records created by the Executive Committee of the Scout Council of the (Boy) Scout Association of Hong Kong related to its meetings, from 1952 to 1988. Individual folders contain meeting agenda, minutes, presentation papers,statements and other attachments used in these meetings.

This is a full set of the final printer's proofs (blueprint copy) of the book 香港童軍百年圖史 (A Century of Hong Kong Scouting, an Illustrated History), published by the Scout Association of Hong Kong in 2012, as a sequel to an earlier book entitled Scouing in Hong Kong, 1910-2010, also published by the Association.

The first Colony Jamborette was held in Kam Tsin Village in Sheung Shui, the New Territories from 19th October, 1957 to 22nd October, 1957, with the theme of Äll are brothers insdie the four seas", and 1,300 Boy Scout participated. This is a collection of official records, correspondences, invitation letters, invoices, and other documents related to this Colony Jamborette.
