This collection is composed of records created by the Administration Branch (and its predecessor functional department) of the (Boy) Scout Association of Hong Kong related to the appointments of its Adult Members (uniformed or non-uniformed) from the 1940s through to the 2000s.

Content Description This is a collection of several manual logbooks of Records of Registration for Scout Groups, for the Scout Regions of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, from 1946 to 1968. This is an incomplete series, it appears to have been created in the 1960s, though it also covers registration dates from as early as the 1940s, likely re-entered during the 60s.There is also a blank Reord of Registration logbook for Service Scout Unit, which is,, however, blank with no entry. This collection is composed of records created by the Scout Council of the (Boy) Scout Association of Hong Kong related to its annual general meetings, from 1954 to 1983.

Scope and Contents This collection is consisted of the past issues of Scouting News, the official monthly newsletters of the Scout Association of Hong Kong from issue No.1 published in December 1972 through to issue No. 151 published in December 1989. Earliest issues were typically one or two page(s) in length only, usually in both English and Chinese. Later issues tend to include enclosures of circulars issued by the headquarters and/or various branches, such as the Administration and the Training Branch. ...
