All leaves have multiple photos, some with captions, covering the activities and personnel of Hong Kong Scouting during during the pre-WWII period of Rev, Waldegrave, who was the CC from 1921 to 1934. There are many photos of the 1st HK Sea Scouts, which was a troop directly under Waldegrave.
